Under the Right to Information Act, 2005, you can file an RTI application to a Public Information Officer of the relevant public authority. The application should clearly describe the information sought, include your contact details, and be submitted with the prescribed fee. Many authorities accept online RTI submissions through official portals.
Consumer complaints can be filed through the National Consumer Helpline, state consumer commissions, district consumer forums, and online portals such as the Consumer Commission's e-filing systems where available. Keep bills, correspondence, and evidence of the dispute.
Report cyber crimes through the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal (cybercrime.gov.in) or by calling the cyber crime helpline (1930). Preserve screenshots, URLs, messages, and transaction records. File a complaint at your local cyber crime police station if required.
